Any indication if PSS will be available in 285/30R19?

I get the feeling my PSS will need to be replaced at some point this summer. I currently run the 255/35R19 + 275/35R19 sizing, but have always wanted to go for the GTS fitment of 285/30R19 at back.

Has there been any news if Michelin will start offering the PSS in that 285/30R19 size? I don't want Cups or anything crazy like that, as the car is a DD.

Fine sticking with the 275/35R19, but the 285/30R19 is a bit closer to OEM height while still giving a bit more width for the times I'm at the track.

Unfortunately its available with the runflats only...I talked to a rep and they currently had no plans to release a regular PSS in 285/30/19 sizes.

Yeah, and it's over $400/tire. F that.

I was facing the same issue when I bought my G25s, I'm running the Advan v105 (255/35/19, 285/30/19) and would highly recommend it. Near as good performance as the PSS, has a slightly less square sidewall so I think that's where the slight difference comes from. Wet traction and ride comfort just as good

Any thoughts to going with 295/30/19? Many people on here run them with stock ZCP wheels without issues. It's what I'm going to go with here pretty soon as opposed to the 275/35/19.

Trying to keep the handling balance as close to stock as possible. I also don't really want something that wide since the car is a DD and needs to provide stability during rain and other inclement weather. (285/30R19 is the GTS size)

I agree 100%, I was going to move on to a 295 out back when I had my OEM ZCP wheels on the car. Moved on to a 19X10 and 19X11 setup and to be honest I am so impressed on the mechanical grip this car has now with the 275/295 setup.

You should give the Conti 5Ps a try, they really are up there with the Mich PSS. I had them on my 2011 M3 and they were just as good as the PSS, really.

I just went with Bridgestone S-04s in 255/35 and 285/30/19s. Near performance as PSS's but they are $300 cheaper. I've had them on less than 1k miles right now but I like them so far. Not that it matters but I like the look of the sidewall better than the PSSs too. Here are a couple pics of them lowered on Swift Spec-Rs.

Did you have to run spacers on this setup? I have the ZCP wheels and comp package suspension and am considering this 255/35 285/30 setup but wondering if i should order spacers as well.

No I didn't. But they can fit some spacers. I might eventually get them.

You won't need spacers on stock suspension.

Wouldn't it be better to switch to 18" at tire replacement time.

Awesome! I searched the whole tire/rub thread and didn't see a conclusive answer for ZCP/Stock suspension. thanks

I can't say it with 100% certainty, but if the M3 GTS uses these tire sizes and has the ZCP wheels (just in black), I don't see why you'd need a spacer.

Here's some further discussion as proof:
