H&R sport or intrax spring?

Can my fellow cutters help me decide between the H&R sport or INTRAX springs for the e92 m3 coupe. I haven't included the eibachs because I don't like the stance on them. So which of the above is more popular and a better spring for ride & handling? I think they both rated at 25mm front drop and 15mm rear drop so the stance will be similar.

Any of u guys with this setup on ur m3?

Thanks in advance.

H&R or B&G. I heard B&G rides like Eibach with a drop like H&R.

We've been very happy with B&G.

Swift also entered the market with their offering, a very well respected brand in terms of springs/suspension.

I went with HR and spacers. And couldn't be happier... Unless of course I decided to drop the cash on kwV3s.

Go hr with spacers.

Are the specs and pricing on the swift springs available yet?

Yep, we have a thread on the vendor's section as well as on our site.

Did anyone with H&R springs do the top mounts/bump stop mod? Is that essentia? as alot of m3 owners in uk do it but not many have H&R springs.

I have h&r race and love them. You should at a minimum trim your stock bunpstops but I suggest using the e36 bunpstops cause They're cheap.

I run the regular H&R springs on my 08E90. I followed Malek's guide, swapping in E36M3 bump stops and cutting down the strut guide tubes and slipping a few inches of rubber tubing over the bottom coil of the rear springs. It is slightly lower and slightly stiffer than stock. Not at all objectionable, at least with 18 inch wheels, but you can feel it a little. I have a limited mod budget for this car at present, and did some power mods instead of spending more for coilovers. If I had more to spend, I would have bought coil overs, but I think the M3 handles pretty well even in stock form, so I was more interested in improving acceleration than handling.

I am sorry for my ignorance here, but I have heard that putting springs on our cars actually degrades performance and results in a harsher ride due to the increased stress on the stock shocks and the loss of suspension travel. Please correct me if I am wrong because I am definitely not a suspension expert.

After going H&R springs on both my Z4MC and E92 M3 I will have to say if you have a little more money, save and buy coilovers. It will get rid of the front gap you will have with any of the springs. The ride was ok on the Z4MC but floaty on the E92 M3.

Does eibachs stance look more lower at the back or is it about even? I'm abit confused because some look lower on the back that's what's keeping away from eibachs but I think they are the best riding springs by far? Any eibach boys elaborate on the stance? Is it even or lower at the back? I haven't seen eibach springs m3 in person yet.

I'm pretty sure that the Eibach Pro kit and H&R Sport's have the same
.6 inch rear drop for the standard e92. The H&R's are noticeably lower up front.

I am not trying to hijack this thread but trying to get some answers to an observation made in OP.

If someone can enlighten me please, where is this dreaded "floaty" ride come from. People are swapping firmer spirings in place of OEM, but still floaty. Is it the design, stiffness or the stock dampers? Surely there are suspension gurus who can contribute as to why. Thank you in advance.

I have H&R sport and they have been great. Makes the car look aggressive and the ride is not bad at all.

Has anyone seen H&R vs B&G in person? Drop in the front seems to be a bit more with B&G in pictures, same price.

one person said that. I don't experience that at all. Car is very stiff; I run the H & R Race though; same drop, stiffer springs
