I would think they would be illegal to be used on the street. If cops let them be used then I think ricers have an argument to be able to put 5 feet tall wings on their cars.

I was on the 290 expressway here in chicago and saw a car like this but with 24" flip over, it looked like his rim actually broke and he lost control. He was fine but not a happy camper.

They actually take a small SUV chassis and put a lift kit on it, then put the car body on top of it.
