Error Code 2610

I have a 2008 DCT with 71k. Been getting an increased emission warning at start up for 6 months plus. Also if I leave the key on for more than a few seconds after shut down I get the Battery discharge. When to Pep Boys to get a scan and was told the only Code was 2610 ? Can't seem to find that one here. Any Ideas? I see lots of threads for the emission and battery warning but nothing for the 2610
