It looks very well built, but for me it's kind of old fashioned, especially in a car like E9x. This looks way better and has a lot of functions. I've seen it live and the display quality is great.

Haha, I know what you mean. Here we have these kind of temperatures for only a few days a year (unfortunately). But still I don't think that this will make such a big difference. I have to ask the guy that I know what he thinks.

That is too cool, I like that better too. I've seen the ones that go on the far left vent, I'd prefer that. I use the center vent way too often (especially in SC 100 degree weather), but the one at the far left isn't as important.

I thought they were cheaper

, but considering the fact that it is plug & play, you get the whole center vent replaced and the display has really high resolution, it might be ok.
