Paiting stock wheels - Keeping machined section

Ok,

I am thinking I want to keep my wheels but paint the painted section, while keeping the machined section as is. Is it possible without being cost prohibitive?

I have the stock 19"s

Its really a light grey. Either really dark like black, or potentially a contrasting metallic like bronze.

For me there is not enough contrast, they look the same colour and it loses the effect.

My rims are Space Grey same as the colour of the car , when i got the it a few months ago , not sure if it was a option when ordered new or previous owner had them painted. I think that inside pained area is Space Grey on a standard rim.

When I brought the car i did not notice they where painted til about three weeks after owning the car ,cos I was going to leave them standard silver , but they do look great painted space grey . Yes the whole rim is painted Space Grey . I did see another car get a repair on 1 rim and it was painted on the inside , not sure who did it , but matched the 3 orginal rims perfect !

They are a good idea and I change my entire exhaust , makes it so easy with a garage creeper , but I had one set fail on me already , could not get the car down , luckily i have a high lifting trolley jack , $500 for each set of 2 . They did replace them , but I would not recommend them . you cant drive ur m3 onto them unless u modify them , have to lift each side with jack.
