is these wheel locks? and do they fit a 2011 m3 with competition rims?

I have these lugs too and I love them..

There's a lot of information missing from the OP..
#1 You will need a stud conversion if you intend to use these on your BMW
#2 The size is not quoted by the OP.. I assume it's M12x1.50?
#3 They will work with either extend or standard stud sizes.. not just extended.
#4 This doesn't appear to have a locking lug.. If it were the locking version, there would be a silver key that comes with it.. I don't see any locking lugs or the key in the picture.
#5 that socket on top is the socket extension they give you to take the lugs off without scratching them, not to be confused with a locking key.
