Anyone on Long Island have a code reading cable? HALP!!

Was hoping one of the 3er guys on here from Long Island would be able to help me out. I randomly got an SES light while in sport mode on my 135i on Monday and need to read the error code. I have a JB4 but don't have any cables. If I understand correctly there is a BavarianTech cable and also a JB4 cable that can read the error codes on a laptop.

Would be greatly appreciated!!!

Thanks, another member told me I could read codes on the dash with JB4, I had no idea I could do that.

So I followed that, and it told me there are no error codes... No error codes even though I had a SES light, hmm...

Is it possible the results could be different if I use the cable??
