Service Advisor Socal/LA/OC/Long Beach

So I've searched multiple times and have seen posts for Norcal/Eastbay SA recommendations, but I haven't seen one yet for Socal.

Anyone recommend a good service advisor down here in LA/OC/Long Beach? I am in Long Beach so somewhere close would be nice though I wouldn't mind a short trip for a quality SA. Thanks in advance!

Do not go to Long Beach for any services. Their service advisor are incompetent, mainly Jon Lewis. The service is twine and the quality of work is shoddy.

If you don't mind the drive. Head to BMW New Century in Alhambra. Pretty to notch service from a service advisor named Eric

Hit up Charlie Kim at Mckenna BMW in norwalk. Only SA I trust with my M3. Very Mod friendly staff at mckenna as a lot of their techs including Charlie are car guys.

Been going to Long Beach for almost 10 years for 4 BMW's and it's been good. I try to get Tom Miller if I can. There's also Vietnamese dude who's been cool there too. Tom got me a new battery 3.5 yrs into my warranty because it wasn't holding a charge. He knows I have an Akra EVO, suspension and BBK, and it's never been a problem.
But I'm an informed consumer and generally tell them what's up with the car

Is McKenna giving loaners yet if you bought the car there?
Years ago, service wanted me to rent a car even though I bought the car there.
Never set foot in there since.

Do apologize for that inconvenient experience man, please understand that sometimes in extreme cases we run out of vehicles and during those times we opt to use Enterprise as a back up, but rest assured we take care of the bill. Enterprise does a good job at catering to our clientele and stock "sporty" vehicles too such as Mustangs, Challengers, Camaros, etc...

Good to know. It was a few years ago and the rental definitely wasn't covered. It was around $45/day.
