I have decided to sell my car and jump into a 997 gt3. The car is flawless in every regard. I am the one and only owner. Its AW with black interior with the carbon trim. It has every option available from the factory including a DCT transmission and when I say every option, I mean no expense was spared... Still has a warranty for another 11k miles. Garage kept and never tracked. I have some tasteful mods that come along with this awesome package. 20 inch custom wheels 9.5 in the front 10.5 in the rear, GT2 titanium exhaust, H&R springs, AFE scoops. I had installed Turner's test pipes on the car, but ended up taking them off because the car was too loud!! Those along with the stock muffler and the stock wheels all convey with the vehicle. I have it listed on Cars.com for $51,700 but I am willing to take some offers. Over 16k was invested in the car after purchase. If you are truly in the market for an M3, don't pass this one up.

high for the model year and mileage though.

Sounds like a great car but you're better off parting it out. GL with the GT3 hunt!

I honestly don't want to deal with the headache of parting the car out. I am however going to reduce the price to 49k. Where do you guys think this car should be priced at in order to move it quickly? The GT3 hunt is a whole other story. Once I sell this one then I can really focus on narrowing down my options.

I sold my loaded stock '08 E92 for $48K LAST March. I say low-to-mid 45K if lucky (you have to discount mods anywhere from 40-60% of original purchase price).
