There's a lot of options out there, some expensive some not. Cheapest upgrade is GP Thunder 8500K, available on eBay for less than $30. I'm using them in my sig but they don't look as good as that in real life.

You can order those from us. We have two types:
Halogen H8 LED H8 The Halogen is the one made by GP thunder, and they're the least expensive type out there--simple bulb swap. The LED H8 is a newer design for the E92. They are made by X5 Lightning frmo us, and they are also a plug-n-play type. You will love either of these, giving you a cool blue color--definitely unique |

You can go with our Hyperwhite Upgrade Bulbs which are a direct replacement for your factory yellow halogens to change the color to a pure xenon white.

You are correct only the inner part changed shape.
Hopefully Vorsteiner comes out with a bootlid for the updated E90. Vorsteiner bootlid plus updated tail lights. |

Sorry to thread crap but The RD LED sucks. It's practically invisible during the day under anything other than dark overcast conditions. I don't know about the others

So the bulb size is H8?
Has anyone tried to use a multi-color LED bulb so you can adjust or chose the color at the touch of a button?
