This garage, although much smaller than I am planning for late next year, has inspired me quite a bit. Recessed lift!!!

Garage List
the first one looks pretty useless. if i want an entertainment room, i'll have that in my house. i need to be able to work in my garage, not drink Bordeaux. it needs about four 220V outlets to pass my test.

i wish i had a lift. even if it only went up 4-5 feet, it would be so useful.

for me, i want garage space, not a pretty plasma TV on the wall. i have 1750 sq ft of garage space.

That is just begging for a lift. You have more room than most people can dream of. Plasma AND lift never hurt anyone, just saying

I agree, but it is nice to be able to pull up information on a nice monitor. Like from a DIY walk through or what have you.

I have a 50" Pioneer Elite in my current garage. I watch more TV in the garage while working on my cars than in the house.

Actually, that photo was taken inside his house, living room, to be exact. He constructed a special entry.

Hey OP, since there are already a bunch of Garage threads on here (in the appropriate off-topic section) Wanna just make this into a "Car IN Your House" thread?
