Also you will notice how much more ripped Shaun T and some of the members from Insanity program are. Shaun T is like 300 ripped compared to Insanity. There was an interview I was watching where he mentioned that he couldn't promote Asylum without actually going through the program itself and seeing the results he wanted. When I finish an Asylum workout and pop in an Insanity one,it looks like he gained 10 lbs. lol

average time 40-60 mins. Not bad at all. Good thing is warm up and stretch is not as long as Insanity so you get more of the core workouts in each vid.

Wow, that's actually pretty good. I mean on average the MAX video's are 50+ minutes anyways. Funny you mention the stretch, I find that I sweat the most during that section. I better go order Asylum, but I'm probably going to do a couple more weeks of the max video's before I transition over.

If anyone is interested in selling their copy of Insanity, PM me a price. I'd like to try it out.

Wish me luck.

I did my first Insanity work out...the Cardio. It was horrrible...even worse then the p90x cardio video. But honestly so much better then doing the eleptical or tredmill. I think I'll incorporate that into my routine mixed with lifting at the gym. I'm 216 I badly want to lose 16 pounds.

i just started this week. I don't need to lose weight, but it's a good cardio workout during the winter months.

If you do it right, you're suppose to keep a tight core, and every jump move you make, you're suppose to pick up your knees, so it a good lower body workout. It achieves the same results as doing sprints.

Since i don't have to lose weight, I'll do this every 2 days and lift in the middle.

Will be finishing month 2 again for the 2nd time next weekend. Going to start Asylum once it's over. Already have the videos, but wanted to support this program since I'm a big fan of it.

I just got the Insanity videos at a garage sale but there's no workout plan with them...just videos. Can any of you please list the routine for me? Which videos per week, which day off, second month vids etc?

Really appreciate it!

Just started insanity. Roughly 3 weeks in. The wife and I are trying to stick to te diet as well. I started at 226(I'm 6'3") so wasn't fat but def have some flab to loose haha. I've already lost 5lbs(220.4) this morning. Workouts are getting noticeably easier. I can actually make it through the entire warmup phase w/o needed any breathers. I was never an unfit kind of guy but that opened my eyes when I couldn't do 8-10min warmups straight through haha.

Also, if anyone wants to mail me a 10gb jump drive I'll gladly pass the videos along. That's how I got it from my cousin. Just PM me, I'll give you my addy and you can send me a jump drive along with a prepaid addressed envelope to send it back.

I've been wanting to try this out. Need to lose some major poundage since the holidays lol. Is it too intense to do it living on the third floor of a condo? I don't want to piss off my neighbors lol

There is a decent amount of jumping involved. Depends on how sturdy your floors are and if you can land softly. If you land like my wife, then I wouldn't worry about the 2nd floor hearing you. I'd worry if you would also upset the first floor LOL

Oh man, I'm into week 2 and it's kicking my butt. Last year I dropped almost 50 lbs. in only a few months by cutting fats and carbs as much as possible and running 6 days/week. I got sick and ended up in the hospital and over time have gained about 20 lbs. of the weight back. Now I'm sticking to a healthy diet and letting Insanity take care of the rest!

Graduated. 3 days after pulled a groin muscle. No insanity for a while.

Really tough shit. Especially the Max Plyo course. Squat pushups, power pushups, 3 sets of 32 pushups, 30 side pushups, 12 balance pushups - all in 1 workout?! Shaun T really is trying to kill people.
Those floor hops are a pretty tough warmup.

I also feel like Fit Tests should be the only course of the day. I couldn't hang with Max Cardio Circuit after that, Fit Test takes all your energy out.

But I was FREAKIN LOVING it. No pain, no gain.

Round 2 coming up soon.
