Ok after 3 years I am thinking about getting something new. My 08 m3 has 45,500 miles on it and as clean as you can find for a 3 year old car. No major dings or scratches and the backseats have been used no more than 3 times in 3 years. Carbon Roof as it should always be! is loaded with DCT, NAV, Bluetooth, sat, 19's, 18 oem rims on snows. Car is silverstone and black. Also has a 3m clear bra. If u are interested send me a pm. $40k is my price. I am the original owner and I have the title in hand.

I will take some pics tonight. The car is a coupe and the in-service on the warranty is around 6/6/08. I am willing to arrange to have the extended warranty added to the car if the buyer wants to add it to the purchase price... The OEM rims have no scratches or marks, rear tires are almost new and the fronts have maybe 3,000 highway miles on them. I have a lakehouse about 3.5 hours from my house hence the high miles...

Sorry guys I will get the pictures up this weekend. I am out of my house right now and the car is at home in the garage. I just had my house lifted up and the foundation replaced... Crazy home renovation. The car has zero dings (I have never parked next to anyone so why should it), garage kept with no scratches on it and no serious nicks except for one next to the windshield which I will take a picture of. $39k with the snows is my bottom number. Below that I would keep it. Thanks for the interest and sorry for the delay.

I noticed on the lower part of the nose it looks like there is a chip. That is just dirt behind the clear bra seam.

nice ride, that seems like a very fair price. I have the same color mine is more stripped and has BBS's with 6,500 less miles..good luck man!
