It should be more than an hour's labor.
Just make sure they do it properly with a fuse tap. that way there's no issue with the warranty.

I can help you do it in person, if you want....Trust me, it's bloody simple. I wrote a DIY on the process. It's not worth paying for, it's simple. Ask Aurora Bearialis, I ran him through his V1 install.

Well, $35.00 bucks at Best Buy, maybe.

If you absolutely must pay for it though, then at least go to Renn-Spec. I trust only three people to touch my car, and Toan at Renn-Spec is one of the three.

I have decided that I will be doing the hardwire myself. Its too simple of a job to pay for. iBeJayKaying will be helping me with the install tomorrow (Monday).

If anyone else in the socal area wants to join us tomorrow for some help and guidance, let us know. PM me or iBeJayKaying.

just got my V1 hardwired today with the help of iBeJayKaying.

took about 30 min and its totally not as difficult as it may seem.

very simple procedure and will not mess with any existing wires in the car.
