GTB Performance : We need your help!

Hey guys

Something a little different for the feedback board here. Instead of waiting for our customers to have an issue we'd like to be pro-active and ask you guys

"What can we do better?"

Nothing is too small or trivial. Please feel free to post about any experiences you've had with us, positive or negative.

Also, we'd like to hear feedback from you on how we can improve

Can I just say, I know absolutely nothing of GTB Performance or their reputation in the community, but openly and proactively posting a thread like this one inviting feedback and suggestions is absolutely, 100% . . .

Never have used you guys, but did notice you have no info on whether you ship to U.S. military APO or FPO addresses in your customer service shipping info section on the website. Lots of ///Ms overseas...(and Bimmers in general).

Kudos though for this thread, good way to get feedback!

We do ship overseas and we can ship our smaller items using APO/FPO shipping via the post office. Unfortunately with larger items (Exhausts, wheels, bodykits ect) it can be difficult to get them overseas using the post office APO service as there can be long wait times to get larger items to ship.

Some products we can't ship overseas as well, as their products have Authorized retailers for their products, who wouldn't be too happy if we encroached on their territory
