hey guys, just wondering what fuel I should use in my newly leased m3 competition package.

as far as premium give theyvhve 89 and 93, is 89 good enough or should I always aim for 91/93?

Only use leaded gas. The plugs, injectors, sensors and valves need that shit.

Do some actual research and reading of your manual and you won't get answers like this. I mean really...what kind of gasoline? This is an M3, not a Civic.

even the regular 3 series requires 91 or higher... with an M3 with couple cents difference why not just pay for 91...

Crap i put 91 on my Honda fit... well why not...

If you bought an M3, why would you cheap out on 89 so you might run into problems down the road. Even if you ingnore the reliabilty problems, the M3 will respond better (make more power) with 91+, isn't that worth $3/fill up?

To OP: as unbelievable as this may sound, the manual has some really useful information. I invite you to give it a try.

As above, read the manual. BMW Motorsports actually has an opinion on what you should put in the tank. The manual also explains a lot more than your SA did when he closed the sale. Jeez
