Official

They are not official they are a photoshop done on a 335i se coupe. No M3 in full undisguised form is going to be photographed so far ahead of the launch. It will be at a motor show

If the pics are official then does that mean there is a new option on the M3 where the steering wheel can switch from one side of the car to other..... the pics are fake!

Thats the new "BMW adaptive driving position". Depending on whether you are a right or left hander, or which country you are driving, or when you get tired of driving on same side for too long, you can switch the steering position

After looking at it a couple of times it's hard to tell which side of the car he's sitting on in that 3rd pic, in all the other ones (including the 4th one from behind) he's sitting on the right side of the car.

I don't see anything in the magazine promo that say these are "official" BMW pics. Am I missing something? Just being published does not make them official or real. Don't think it looks to bad, myself--do like the low license plate position.

If you look carefully he is sat on the right hand side but because it is the side view it looks as if he is closer to the camera..

Man oh man

what have BMW done , are the designers sick with the flu !!!! what a terriable design !!!
anyday of the week a AUDI RS4 will wipe out the new BMW, ESSP with the better drive train that AUDI have

BMW should look very closely at what they have done, but i suppose that the hardcore M3 fans will still purchase one ( do not know any better!!! SHAME !!! )

anyway better luck next time BMW ( 2010 )

Hi guys

You have no need to worry about that price in the USA because in Europe cars are far more expensive than in US cause the taxes are much higher.
- Just for example, price for Porsche 997 turbo in USA is $122,900, in Germany the same car cost 137.058,00 € (approximately $180.000) and the very same 997 turbo in Croatia costs astonishing 175.000€ (app. $228.000!).
- E46 M3 in USA was app $50.000, in Germany 57.000€ ($74.000) and again in Croatia was 73.000€ ($94.000).

p.s. 1€ = $1.3

Some predictions are that here in Croatia E92 M3 will cost approximately 80.000€ so that means in US will be around $55.000.

btw. 1litre of petrol (1 litre no 1 gallon) in Croatia costs $1.45

* On topic:
It is clear as a daylight that E92 M3 in this carmagazine is fake. Can't wait until the official pictures came out.

I know the anticipation is killing us all, but I think we should all save our breath and wait for the real thing! (but I do agree that the "real thing" better look better than these chops)

Thanks Jason and Manz. Can you also add some scans where you can actually read all the text. Much appreciated! Since this sucker is a chop I can at least get excited about all the rumors in the text....
