Front offset is 15
Rear offset is 20

What's the condition? Rash, etc. And what are the specs on the tires?

Well the rim has a rash like 8 inches but I kinda fixed it and painted it can't tell from far away tires are 225-40-19 front and the rear is 225-35-19
