Will the price increase affect me if my car has already been built?

My car has been built and is waiting at the port of exit to be picked up. Will the price increase on metallic paint and premium package effect me because I know I won't get my car until after June 1st.

I dont think it will effect you if you ordered your car before June 1st, and the new price increases they implemented did not include the 08 M3 anyways, at least not yet

call ur dealer and make sure rates are locked for u. just to make sure.

the only thing that may apply to you is the ZPP and Shipping.. but most dealers shouldnt bother with those pidly things

I believe I read that if your order is marked as Priority '1 - Customer Sold' with your name on it on the Vehicle Inquiry Report for your order in the BMW ordering system by this Friday, May 9th, you won't be affected by the price increase. All other '08 M3s will have the price increase (i.e. cars being built for dealers that aren't sold yet will have the price increase). So your car that is already being built should be ok, assuming the dealer updated the allocation to mark it as sold for you, which is more likely than not.
