Traveling in Denver, whats' there to do?

I'm traveling in Denver today and tomorrow. Tomorrow afternoon I'll have some free time, just wondering if any locals can suggest any good sites to see. I'm in downtown at the Curtis, and any good nature scenary places thats within I say 30 min drive would be good. Thanks!

You'll need a little more than 30 mins to get out of Denver and into the Mountains. If you have more time, you should definitely go to Rocky Mountian National Park, and Estes Park. Someone correct me if I'm wrong but I think it's about 1.5 hours drive. It's beautiful!

Go to the Buckhorn Exchange and be sure to have yourself some oysters.

A lot of nice pollution to take in, since it basically sits in a giant bowl.
Never liked that city, but i'm sure you can find a lot of neat stuff by doing a google search.
