Best Service Dealership in SoCal?

What would you say is the best service dealership in LA or areas within 50 miles? I want a dealership that will perform good work, treat me and my car with respect and provide loaners.

I had great experience at Savage BMW when I serviced my wife's 325.

Newport is nice too but the tech can be a bit sloppy from time to time

OP not sure the exact distance we are from you, but if you decide to bring your car to us for service we will most certainly take good care of you. As far as SA's go I would recommend Warren (aka the famous hotrod185 on e90post) or Travis. Both guys are huge BMW car guys and will make sure you are well taken care of.

If you need anything else at anytime you can always contact me as well and I would be happy to call over to the store to help you out.

Sounds like you have a few to choose from. Depending on where you are, another would be Shelly in Buena Park.

Besides normal service courtesies, they went out of their way to keep me updated & walk me through the process of obtaining a new motor under warranty. They forwarded emails to me that they received from BMW NA, including a few that included a delay or two. They knew that I was a car enthusiast and even walked me back into the service area to see & take a few photos of my new motor being installed (not everyone would appreciate this, but I did).

Good luck, whichever of these recommended dealerships you choose...

Thanks for the recommendations guys, I used to go to Pacific because it was close, but after they joyrode an 1M, I'll never trust them with my M. They'd probably redline the crap out of it cold.

If I lived closer to Steve Thomas I'd go there because of their solid rep on these forums. That said, I've had no complaints with South Bay BMW. I get a free loaner every time I go even though I didn't buy my car through them, and they took care of one of my monthly payments when they inadvertently sidelined my car for a few weeks while waiting for a back ordered part.

Steve Thomas is pretty cool. Also something closer to the SFV I would say Center BMW on Van Nuys, John Ives knows his shit.
