Rear diff seal leak
mine is wet, but not to the point it is dripping. will they still cover it under warranty

So wet it's dripping!!!!!! I'd say the last thing you need is to cover it, even under warranty.

Yes they will. On my 08 the seal was seeping (thanks Alekshop for noticing) and they had it replaced in 2 days.
