The reason I felt the SkidPlate needed to be removed, was to get to the Front O2 Sensors, and unplug them properly, as well as the bonus room to get to header flange bolts.

Very nice write up!

Yea, I needed to remove it to get the the top of the header flange bolts. I didn't know I could get it without taking the front felt pieces down. All that little stuff takes a lot of time so it's good if you can skip some steps.

Installing mine tomorrow. Although the wait was long, but thanks to Jay @ Fabspeed for all the progress updates, it didn't feel that long.

Exhaust pieces installed, now the Borla's sound even better!!

Fitment was great, passenger side was perfect; driver side was good too, only problem was the cat sat a bit too close to the heat shield, had to use my pry bar to give the shield a big push so the cat is not touching it. Overall, I'm very happy with the product and of course, my installation. Car seems to like it as well, I will report back if there's any issues, but so far so excellent.
