Looking to redo tint in NY queens area

Hey guys I'm looking for a shop to redo my tint. that you guys can recommend in queens/long island area.

Thanks for the info I think I'll check him out. Got a ticket for tints measured 23% so I'm planing to change it up

Meticulous to detail - only tinter I would let do my cars when I was on the East Coast. Worth the drive if you want quality work!

I want to remove the tint that the previous owner has. Several shops have told me that removing the tint from the rear window is tricky because it may ruin the rear defrost lines. One shop told me they do it all the time, but that they don't guarantee anything.

Anyone ever do this?

Thoughts?

yeah the rear is a problem i would go to a reputable shop pay the extra for the peace of mind

to be honest, cops don't really care. I had 30% on my 335i. Didn't get stopped once.

fight the ticket, how much did he get you at anyway? It takes one jerk cop to be honest. funny though, a avid forum member is a NYPD officer and he has 20% tints. He said the cops barely give a crap unless you made a moving violation or did something stupid. If its not a lot, i would just pay it. I prefer tinted windows. keep the sunroof open.

they got me at 23% i was just driving normal it was raining. but he said i didn't have to go to court but idk how much i have to pay
