Nope, it's not a fuel pump, it's for the air to water IC.

Without all the shipping material [wraps, foam, cardboard, plastic crate, and paper (instructions inclusive)], the parts weigh in at 75lbs (34kg). After installation is complete, we'll weigh the components that we took out from the car.
