I think its under msrp.
I am pretty sure he agreed to sell it for just under 76k im not sure why but its had 3 owners. I think this dealer sold the car and got it right back a couple months ago.

My dealership got 2 1M's in, sold them both to a private individual he drove them a few hundred miles and the dealer bought them back so they could sell them for 65K. BMW NA doesn't allow certain markups unless its a used car. Probably the same thing with something like this.

i've seen an individual m3 that had a $20k markup on top of the $7k for the paint job. i'd say bmw na allows for markups.
