Help Sedan/Coupe Door Interior Difference???
I'm talking about the "map pocket" (I don't know what the thing is called) that is at the front bottom on the inside of the front doors.
From the demo cars I recall that some had the pull out map pocket and some had the normal formed plastic map pocket. The pull out map pocket is a heavy plastic and sort of cants out so you can put things in it and then rotates flush with the door. It feels "higher quality" to me. The other map pocket is just the normal static formed plastic pocket made out of thin grade plastic and is sort of cheap feeling to me. Am I on crack or does the sedan have one and the coupe the other or is it extended leather issue or what? Anyone have either of the types of map pockets that I'm trying to describe and can tell me which car they have? I've seen pictures of both but not very many and they are difficult to find. Thanks, John |

Yes, but it has more buttons on the door. At least two more. So E90 > E92!

I guess that explains the cost differential.

Trying to remember but I thought the 335 sedan had the fold out map pockets in the front doors. Was I wrong on that?
If right, why would the 335 sedan have one type and the M3 sedan a different type? |
