Question Typical life of Hankook RS3?

Curious what guys have been getting out of RS3's typically. Have had my set about 5.5k street driven miles. Running 35/36 cold psi.

I got about 7-8k on my RS3 (80% hwy, 20% city), 34/35psi cold, no track time on that pair.

Good to know. As an extreme performance tire I'm not expecting them to go the distance - but for relatively reasonable cost and street ride I've been quite impressed thus far. Hankook did a good job on these tires. Hope to pull 10-15k, I'd be happy.

Guess it depends on setup as well just keep rotating and flipping to preserve.

Isn't this tire way overkill for street driving?
Hell, I'm fine with V12evo for the street.

The main problem I've read on the RS3 is they hear cycle out way before the tread runs out.

Just got apex 18x10 square. Was gonna go with these but that's pretty bad. Might just go with pilot sports.

I'm not sure why anyone would want to run these if they don't have any intention for the track. I just picked up a set of RS3's for track use and run PSS on the street.

PSS offers more than enough grip for a street application and you can run them in colder temps as well as rain. Plus you can get maybe 12-15k out of the PSS.
