ED and Re-Delivery

Hi guys,

Going to Munich to pick up my M3 on Thursday! Really getting excited!

I have a question: In the US, the ED cars get shipped back to the US through their VDC center where they are fully repaired, etc if there was any ED damage while the cars were driven in Europe (dings, etc). Does the same thing happen to Canadian cars? Can't seem to find anything on that. If anyone knows, would appreciate your comments...

I'll post pics, etc when I get the car!

I would imagine there is something comparable, maybe at a dealership though.

I'm envious as hell that you are doing ED by the way. Enjoy!

Hey bon voyage and have fun. Give Mr. Dorais a call if you haven't already, he'll probably be able to advise you. I think we have a similar arrangement as the US. I recall Fred advising me that my nav would be changed to N. American mapping when it arrived at port. Or was it Toronto?? Can't remember but he'll know.

Say hi to Christine for me if you happen to meet up and stay safe!!! Talk when you're back.
