I do have some good news for sedan owners...

If you install the coupe/convertible version of the UUC/Corsa exhaust, the tips will stick out 1.3" further, so that should comfortably accommodate even the most aggressive diffusers.

Both sedan and coupe exhausts have the same "hard points" for mounting, only the tip length is different.

Hope that helps!

Let me make sure I understand your question... the answer is either:

1) If you have not yet purchased the UUC/Corsa system for your sedan yet, you should follow what I wrote above (that you quoted), and purchase the coupe version instead.

2) If you have already purchased the UUC/Corsa system for your sedan (or even coupe), you might (I stress "might" because I have not experimented with this yet) be able to extend it a small amount by adjusting the clamp-together section of the exhaust as shown in this pic:

Again, I stress that I have not experimented with this yet and cannot tell you how well it will work.

I own and use a quite a few UUC products. Happy with all of it. The customer service is excellent too.

I'm not sure why you are inferring that UUC sucks in some way.

I had a Corsa Sport also on my '05 GTO, and definitely liked the sound, appearance, and quality. My own criticism of their M3 system has to do with its appearance more than anything else, as the video UUC supplies has the car sounding pretty damned good.

I have UUC CORSA muflers on their way for my 09 335i coupe.I melieve my concer has been addressed, and hope it applies for the 335i coupe, that the mufflers have a 1" adjustable or extension capiability when installing.I do not want them too flush with the bumper. They will be installed this week.
