But assuming they wake up and start offering realistic prices, I've not had any other problems with them (I purchased a few other cars from their dealers in the past).

They do have an awesome inventory...
Same...

Found the SA’s there were not helpful. And I hate to say it but just outright lied to my face. The first time was when they told me that they never let customers test drive M’s (despite them being an M certified dealer, which to my understanding is a requirement to have this certification). So much for trying out the DTC, luckily I have a friend who has a DTC and was able to give it a try. Then they told me that non-allocated ED cars will only ever be sold for 5000 over invoice. What a joke, so thanks but no thanks. I ended up also buying ED from Pacific BMW (Greg Poland was great, and very competitive pricing).

They are holding out for all the desparate last minute buyers. Good for them. I bet there will be some google or Facebook guys throwing money at them at the last minute.

Ps. I see a lot of m3s down here in Silicon Valley recently. They don't last long on the lots.

Sometime i just cant understand why is it hard to find new or used m3 around. Use cars.com and there are plenty of them, both new or used.

I just ordered a new M3 yesterday. The dealer had to call around to 13 other dealers to trade for a build spot but she got it. And said the last day to put in an order is April 24.

Good points, but a lot depends on how picky you are about options. Before I ordered new, I tried to find a used 2011 or newer. I had multiple issues finding a car with the right combination of color/options/mileage/price and when I did, it was snapped up before I could get there.

I think if you aren't overly picky used is great, but otherwise get new if you can swing it financially.

I just find getting something used (2011 - 12) seems like it's so close to the "new" price, might as well go new. Now an older 08 - 09 there's a big enough difference most of the time to justify the used price.

Which one? The one near Kailua Beach Park or the newer one in Kailua town?

I live in SoCal full time now but go back in the winter to surf and hang with family/friends. Recently sold my place in Kaimalino but I thought I was being smart by "timing" the market. lol that was stupid. I've always wanted a place in Lanikai so I'm looking there now but wow is it expensive.

The original by Kailua beach park. I am About 7 min walk to beach. Lanikai is great but super expensive and crowded on the weekends. Real estate market is really hot right now. Bet lanikai goes up 10 percent or more by the end of the year. Should have the M3 by mid July

Anybody interested in a 2013 Black on Black M3 with MDCT with 625 miles on it? Joking!

Please don't tempt me, LOL. I love the car so much sometimes I think about another (nuts, I know!) Your black on black is optioned perfectly to me, sans iDrive double hump. (What I prefer as well. )

Hi, Julie, see you are still enjoying your M3, good. Don't get tempted now, but the specs (just out) for new M3/M4 look pretty darn good. Not V8 of course, but a much better power to weight ratio allegedly.

I'm tuco44 here, but you know me as ovr50 from the "old" forum.

Cheers.

Hey ovr50! Great to hear from you again. I know, I've been following the new M3/M4 reveal.

I DO like what I see! Yes, it'll never have the sound of a V8, but it looks like a better car overall. I am already tempted, but will probably only pull the trigger after the LCI. I do hope to keep my E92.

Did you update your 135? Awesome! Are you eyeing the new M235 or M2 next?
