Sometimes the M is just not enough
Thrill, so I bought myself a used 2007 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-6R. This Super Sport bike has a power to weight ratio of about 6 lbs per hp with me on it. With a 0-60 time in the low 3 sec. and 1/4 mile in the low 11 sec. stock. Modding this bike will be a lot less $$$ than the M. I still love and will always cherish my M as it is still my daily driver. However, now I have a new toy to play with at the track. For those of you that ride, I am sure you know the feeling.

nice bike,
i know what you mean BUT for me I had my bike (2004 CBR 600RR) before I got the M... I got the bike back in my freshman year at University when I had a slow car that did not provide ANY thrill at all. Still a blast to ride just sucks how the weather where I am (Toronto) is not very bike friendly half the year if not longer. |

thanks, got a new Fairing coming from China, going to put on performance sprockets (-1,+2) for better low end torque and a power commander. The bike came with Yoshimura exhaust.
Bought the Bike for $3k but it is all the gears (Shoei helmet, alpine stars leather jacket, gloves, and boots) that adds up. |

My r6 was just a pig at 13000 to 16000 rpm. The sound was intoxicating

You know you drive an M3 when you're racing motorcycles from stoplights. I scared the hell out of couple of guys who took off on their bikes thinking they left everyone behind. I passed them. Startled them. Love this car.

Congrats! Awesome addition to your M. Always respect your bike! Unlike the car your margin of error is a lot less.
