VMR 710 wheels

hi i want to get the vmr 710 wheels in 19x9.5 up front and 19x11 rear. i wanna put 295/35/19 and 255/30/19 tires, my car is completely stock, does anyone have this set up and know if it rubs? will it rub at all hitting a bump or with people in the backseat? im new to this and any help would be greatly appreciated thanks

I dont personally have VMR wheels, but I'm going to guess that the offsets are such that the rim reaches the edge of the fender. If that is the case, I have 295/30/19 in the read with a VERY VERY VERY slight rubbing on the backside of the rim. So slight I could barely tell it was there when I looked, but that I think that is because my PSS tires are little fat.

In addition, I believe 255/35 will not rub either, because that size was quoted to me to be a perfect fit, and at EAS their car uses 265/30 with no rubbing issues too. That what I was told them I asked last time I was there for a dyno.

Hope this helps!

I'm sure you meant 295/30/19 on the back.

What is the offset on the 9.5"? I am running 19x10F and 19x11R with 265/30/19 and 295/30/19 tires, respectively. I do not rub on a ZCP drop but probably will once lowered. I'm sure you will be fine.

If you don't plan on lowering the car at all I'd go with 255/35/19F and 295/30/19.

With those offsets and stock height you won't rub with 255/35/19 and 295/30/19. I hope you take bumps, entrances etc at angles when you can, there's no reason to rub even with a drop unless your turning ratio is bigger than the fender size.

the front will work with a 265/30 with that offset. i have the vmrs and run ad08s also which run very wide.

Don't know that for sure I run 265-30 in the rear as well. I'm more interested in dialing out the natural understeer feel than straight line. I also can rotate all the way around the car adding tire life on the track.

i have VMR 710 19s and an 11inch rear wheel w 275/35 Conti DWS

the rubber looks a little stretched, which i am not a big fan off....
but i dont think i could go back to the 30 profile i had on my last set....the ride on a DD is too rough.... plus i'm always worried about blowouts on low profile tire... the streets of philly are littered with "DONK" blowouts...

For me 35 profile is a must.... how ever next spring i will try to stuff a 285/35.... i'll let you know how that goes

I rarely drive with more than 1 passenger in the car to be honest but on the few occasions that I have I've had no issues.
