Flash animators needed.

Hey -

I manage the creative department of a kick-ass interactive ad agency in Los Angeles and I'm on the look out for world-class Flash animators to either work full-time in-house or freelance remotely.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must have mastery skills in Flash, Photoshop & Illustrator
• Knowledge of After Effects is recommended, understanding 3d MAX, QuickTime, Director, Image Ready and Fireworks a plus
• Able to present and articulate creative ideas and concepts for internal creative team and business stake holders
• Have an outstanding interactive/online portfolio, with 2 years working in the interactive space and 2 years of design education, preferably a BFA or related-field experience
• Understands and knows the dynamics of working with information architects and content organization processes
• Knows the importance of knowledge share and mentoring
• Able to work independently as well as integrate well with a highly dynamic creative group
• Works hard, plays hard
• Driving an e9x is not a requirement, but immediately tells me you have good taste in cars
