Not sure about the mileage. I'd rather see at least 6k miles per year average. At least you'd know it's been driven and functions well enough to accumulate mileage.

Some people just don't drive their cars I guess. Once in awhile, a Z3 M pops up on enthusiast auto with ~5k miles. Sometimes it happens I suppose.
