The GT3 RS.
I have been on the track with alot of GT3 & GT3RS they are nast fast and sound like a race car! if they were the same price i'll take the porsche Theres no way Id ever pay over 100K for a 3 series even if it's an M3 GTS! |

This is a simple vote. One is a Porsche and the other is a BMW, one is an exotic and the other is mainstream.
It would have be better to discuss whether the GTS will be as quick a trackday car as the GT3, in this I believe it will. |

Porsche 911 GT3 RS is 148.000 €. I would take the M3 GTS, it is much more special than a 911 GT3 RS which everyone knows. Imagine if you are a good driver how you can put to shame a Porsche with your "boring" BMW!
PS: Why do you want BMW to bring the M3 GTS to the States if you will anyway take the 911 GT3 RS over the M3 GTS, yet the Porsche being 33.000 € more expensive? |

Both cars track oriented, can't get the girls... hmm I think I'd just go for the porsche, seems that the pricetag is better justified! I'll just leave the M3 as a comfort driving, weekend fun thing Not feeling the GTS spoiler too...

If it was left up to the pictures it would be the GT3RS but it´s a matter of emotion, loyalty & price so I´ll go with my GTS !!! FTW

No offence. The GT3 RS looks way better than the GTS, but I guess the GTS will be more fun on a track, but not faster than the (more clinical), precision tool GT3RS.

Also note, the GTS is DCT only and the GT3RS is Manual only. That right there makes the decision much easier for certain people.
From my understanding, the shifters in Porsches are feel light years better then the Getrag ones we get in the M3.

Lacking some states here, maybe it should include weight, slalom speed, skid pad g´s, etc....

If the GTS is truly 170k for the U.S. Market I'd rather buy a stripped down M3 and use that 110k to turn the car into a trackstar myself.
