Thoughts on a 2012 E93

Alright guys I was originally in the market for a white or black E92 m3 but recently came across a dealer with a 2012 E93 M3. 8k miles, black on black, DCT, premium package, carbon leather trim and asking 59. I don't know a ton about these so just looking for some advice. This would be my first BMW and first M car (obviously). Car looks clean, some minor curb rash and some scuffs on the back bumper. Engine was super clean (8k what do you expect) but is there anything specific I could/should look for. I got them down to 56k and they will refinish the rims and fix the bumper.

Think that's a fair deal?

Any thoughts on the hardtop convertibles as far as resale and just general issues?
