GoPro Inside Mount

Does anyone mount their GoPro on the inside of their car? I haven't tried it yet but I was wondering if anyone mounted it on the headrest support for the passenger seat? Or in the middle of the interior between the driver and passenger seats(I don't know what that plastic thing is called) on the roof? Just trying to get ideas. Thank you for the help.

Could also try and mount it on the inside of the windshield, would have to set it to record everything in inverted though...

I have a CruiseCam headrest mount that I have used. I don't like it. There is a setting to help with the light transition, but I only remember how to turn it on and off without the manual.

So far the suction cup on driver side rear window pointing forward has been my my favorite angle.

I built my own headrest mount, but I have yet to try it. Cost me about $20.

I'll also be trying it on the sunroof too.

I never had any luck with the head rest mounts. The darn seats shake too much!

I bought 2 suction mounts and I am trying to make a triangulated mount to one of the rear side windows, or across the cabin. They are solid as a rock.

If you have a glass sunroof, you could drop from there and get the camera between the seats.

If you mount it to an unoccupied seat (passenger) then it'll shake like crazy. I never had a problem mounted on the drivers seat.

Word. Most of the headrest mounts instructions recommend you mount it to an occupied seat. I've never had any kind of vibration with the AMT mounted on the driver seat.

Thanks for the tip, my friend!

I am going to try this out, since the "across the car" mount is a pain in the arse!

the camera has a setting to inverse the recorded video if you record upside-down, so you're covered if you try this!
