360 Forged customers...chime in!

So I ordered my 360 Forged wheels about 3 weeks ago and have some questions on sizing. My car is an e92 and I am wondering what widths everyone that ordered 20" sizes are running? 9" front and 10.5" rear or did you guys end up going to a 11" rear? Also, just to have an idea, please state how long it took for you to receive your wheels or how long you have been waiting (and still have not received them). Thanks!

They didnt really give me a time frame. For my first set of wheels they did they told me 8 weeks. They started doing everything in house now for better quality control, speed up wheels, etc. But Jordan said its not in full motion yet. They are still waiting on a few things. He said by late FEB or March wheel wait times should only be 3-4 weeks

Change the word "weeks" to "months" and you might be getting close!

Yea they are also a company that produces ATON of wheels at the exact same sizes and offsets and have them just sitting in a warehouse....and it still takes them a couple weeks to get your wheels!

Well they gotta take a few weeks to have that "custom made" feeling expressed to the customer! HRE are good wheels though.

you guys should really consider the options because if 3 piece custom wheels take only 2 weeks max to machine even in busy season.... there are some big problems in the company... I would choose HRE including when the price is similar

Price is not similar with the special pricing that is available for the 360 Forged wheels. And HRE does not have a design of wheel that I like nearly as much as the Mesh 8. All I care for is that the wheel be top quality and on par or better than HRE quality. I have no need for these wheels in the next 2 weeks or even 6. It is 45 and rainy here every day and I am not planning to put the wheels on the car until late Feb or March anyhow. But they better be here no later than March!

I mean HRE is an awesome wheel dont get me wrong..... but i agree too that nothing sparks my interest like some of the designs from 360. Plus the custom painting options etc. I also like the fact they are a small private shop.

The only one that really catches my eye is the Mesh 8. Not a huge fan of the Mesh 10 or the split 5 spoke...

What date in Oct did you order them? I would get LM but 19" looks too small on the M3 and I do not want to spend $5500 on rims alone for the 20" LM. Be sure to post pics when you get them!

I'm getting Mesh 8 20" with 9" front and 10.5" rear. I had one question tho, is it possible to get 305's in the rear with 10.5? I know people with 11" do it but don't know if it's possible with 10.5".

What's the point? All it's going to do is add around 3-4 lbs of rotational mass per wheel and cause an even larger tendency towards understeer due to the size discrepency between the front and rear. 285 is more than adequate for the M3 given the relative lack of low end torque.

Did they give you back your full deposit?

I think it's bs they tell u a time frame and can't keep it. Just like they r the producers, we r the consumers spending a lot of money and the least we should expect is honesty.

Punjabi- just like u I will not be putting on the wheels now, but that is not what it's about, cause I can order the wheels in march and expect them exactly when the say, and this goes for any wheel company.

Point here is the fact that a vendor does not keep their word!
