Thanks for posting pics, this looks fun. Will definitely try to make it sometime soon, especially when it warms up.

Quite a group. There's an interesting guy named "Ron" who has, at my last count, the yellow Gallardo, red F360, and a trick Hummer. He wears a top hat and looks like WC Fields. The Z8 was cool, and you must have missed the 2012 458 Italia.

I did see the guy with the top hat. I thought about taking a picture of him; he looks like quite a character!!

Yeah, I missed the 458. It's kind of funny what it's like being there, though. So many Ferraris and Lambos, and yet a lot of people were excited by that red Scirocco that was there. Your (my) perspective is definitely changed while I am there!!

2 Cars and Coffee:

Original VA thread:

http://www.m3post.com/forums/showthr...ht=cars+coffee

VA one is officially hosted by Katie's Coffee House during certain times of the year, but during winter months, it's more unofficial with less cars, but apparently still well attended this year.

Original MD thread:

http://www.m3post.com/forums/showthr...ht=cars+coffee

MD is newer and smaller in attendance, read both threads, not sure on winter attendance.

You guys don't even know how badly I want the the warm mornings to come back, waking up, putting the windows down and cruising down Georgetown Pike.

Obviously, I don't think of the old ladies that I usually get stuck behind or all the landscaping guys with their trucks dripping gravel and dirt...

Awesome! Thanks for an info. I'll have to make it one of these days. It is quite a hike from Pax River though

Especially so early in the morning. But it's totally worth it!

If you are coming from far away, I would say to wait until the spring. There will be a lot more out then. There's probably 1/2 to 1/3 of the cars out on the weekends now compared to what it was in August.

I'm going to try and make it this weekend. Assuming the weather forecast holds.

I was there this past Saturday. I saw a couple M3's there. I did catch a silver Ferrari FF there. I would have to say I am not a fan of the wagon-esque styling. Everything else on the car is awesome, though!

Has anyone gone recently? I've never been pre-May, but thinking about it tomorrow. Since it was good in January and February, I'm assuming it's been great this spring.

I've been the last few weeks, nice cars for sure. Great turnout.

We almost had all generations of M3s parked next to each other until this antique thing parked where the E30 was going to

It doesn't look like I can make it now, but thanks for the responses. I hope to be out there soon!

anyone going this weekend? I haven't attended since March or so. How's the turnout this spring? I still have yet to see the LFA, but have seen the Enzo recently.
