OP, you car is truly gorgeous. It's actually making me consider LeMans. I also love the simple, non-iDrive dash on the M3. Thumbs-up!

Can I ask, did you just love LeMans the most, or did you like Interlagos too, but was concerned about the potential 'purple' coloring at times some people mention here? I love Interlagos Blue but would be worried about that too.

I have always loved Le Mans. I never considered Interlagos. I don't like the extra flake in the paint that makes it appear two tone. I've wanted Le Mans since the E46 Competition Package came out in, I believe, '05.

Yep......it's probably a good thing that your wife is the one earning the money as a photographer, but......great looking ride and that's what matters most on this forum!

amazing detailing job !!! the blue pops out so well. What did you end up using as far as the detailing products?? Griots or Adams..and was it wash > polish >> prewax >> sealant > wax.

Adams Car Wash w/ Griot's Boar's Hair Brush and Foamaster II Foam Gun, Groit's Paint Prep, Griot's Clay and Speed Shine, Tape Trim, Griot's Polish 3, Wash Again, Griot's Pre-wax Cleanser, Griot's Best of Show Wax, wait 24 hours 2nd Coat of Griot's Best of Show Wax, Wash Again, and Done.
