LOL! Paris Hilton to serve 45 days in jail

i'm not to bash... but the sentence is kind of harsh... no?

i'm not a fan of her, per se, but as a celebrity fostering her lifestyle and wealth, when she actually goes to jail, jailmates envious of her prestige will absolutely ruin her...

regardless of a suspended license or not (as stupid and careless as her act may have been), i don't think the crime fits her punishment.

I'm just curious to see what will become of her once she gets out...
no matter how much money or surgeries she's to have, she will never, ever look the same.

that's sad for us guys b/c she'll be cautious... better yet, never(ever) in favor of filming herself (i.e. nightvision) again... either that, or she'll come out a wreck and absolutely ruin herself.

let's see what comes of this!!

still, i can't help but to feel bad for her... no one deserves to go to jail for something like that... and yea, her headlight's might've been off -- but i bet her nightvision was on

not to mention -- my girlfriend informed me of this -- she just RECENTLY got a new breast job too... those knockers are large -- and she better be careful with them...

one wrong word, and she goes flying chest first into the floor/wall -- and i hear those funbags aren't too sturdy to immense shock

1) It's not too harsh, if I were the judge I would have gone with a nice 90 day sentence. She was caught driving on a suspended license twice and it had been suspended for DUI in the first place. She claimed she knew nothing about the suspension but the signed document acknowledging it was in her glove compartment. She needs something like this to teach her she isn't above the law. Might I add also that she was on probation stemming from the DUI and I believe that factored heavily as well. Violating probation = really bad idea.
2) She would be separated from the general population. She would be all by herself in a nice cozy 8x12 cell.
