Thoughts about this e90?

Hey guys, might have put my other post in the wrong section.. so looking at purchasing this e90 here in naples.

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/BMW-M...t_18657wt_1162

went and saw the car it is in absolute perfect condition.. so my worries are

1. Price seems high. (for a 08, and I understand adv.1 wheels are expensive..) but shouldn't drive the value up. (don't think dealer has stock either)

2. I would be 3rd owner.

3. Would like to purchase CPO (tired to get prices from ft myers BMW and no one calls back.. and the naples guy is never at his desk)

So what do you guys think? did notice where a active autowerke sticker was on the windshield and had been removed. I just want to get a good e90. Maybe some of you recognize it and can give some info. your thoughts are appreciated!

heres the vin: WBSVA93568E215131

thanks guys!
Justin

ugly color combo IMO and too much $$. I have an 08 w/ 44k just off dealer warranty that is MINT and unmolested w/ lots of recent dealer maintenance and service done;

I am in South Florida; PM me if interested as I would possibly consider selling

regardless of those miles which are low, that car is out of warranty either way and priced @ CPO.

Not diggin' this ride. Bought my e90 M3 brand new for around 58k, btw. Oh yeah, and the lease residual is around 38/39k, three years old and a hypothetical 36k miles. Price definitely seems high on this one, but hopefully the prices on used ones will stay high for many years

yeah I wasn't sure about the color, When I asked about coming off the price he said he can't take much off bc how it had every option , ADV.1 wheels blah blah and I explained to him his price is to high.. im looking to go threw a dealer to finance the rest.
