Orange County MFEST attendees?

Anyone in Orange County (or nearby) planning on attending MFEST in Vegas in two weeks? I will be heading out there with my buddy with a Phoenix Yellow E92 M3.

Wanted to post here to see if anyone else from the area was going. Maybe we could meet up beforehand as well.

There is an official thread on the MFEST forum but I don't post there and it looks like neither does anyone else from OC. There is an official caravan but we will be heading out Thursday night to avoid traffic. The more the merrier.

Prometheus,

I"m going to MFEST, as are more than a few other people from OC that i know. FYI - I think there is one caravan leaving from VF engineering in anaheim ( i might be mistaken on that).

Thanks for the info. I assume the caravan leaves Friday morning/afternoon? Looking forward to meeting you and checking out your car in person.

From previous experience of Mfest you should try to go out of the west la caravan that's the biggest and best caravan bc that's the one chris runs the owner

The three years I went we rolled out of that caravan and everytime it was insane

Eventually you will all meet up in Barstow anyways then stateline but if you can manage it west la although out of your way is the best IMO

the caravan i think all leaves at around 430-5 am friday morning.

Definitely do the caravan. It leaves at 4:30 am. No traffic.

there's usually one in Tustin too, I've been rolling with that caravan the past 4 years.. will go with them again this year if they have it. first year not in an m3 though

1. Highly recommend to pre register so you don't have to wait that long when we're in Vegas. Get it over with and have more time to enjoy Palms Casino and or rest before the events!

2. Meet and greet fellow enthusiast before our maiden voyage to Sin City!

I will be at the Best Buy caravan. Debating on meeting at the VF one, however that is a much smaller caravan compared to the Best Buy one in Tustin.

I will be rolling with 3 MRF cars. They represent the German flag, so you won't miss it.

Nice cars! Do you have details on the official time/place for the best buy caravan? Does it meet up with the VF caravan at some point? TIA
