Idle Valve? Car stalls.. E92 M3

Hey.

E92 M3 2008, manual, 49.000 miles.
Car is tuned stage 2, rear o2 sensors turned of.
Catless Xpipe (a cheap one, wich actualy was a bad fit aswell)
Macht Schnell air filter

I have an issue where my car stalls after i turn on the engine, it goes for about 2-3 seconds then stalls. This typically happens when the engine is warm, the cold start seems to work fine and the car runs fine, i drive for a mile or two and park, try to start 5 minutes later and it stalls.

I can get it to start if i give it throttle but then it enters limp mode and limits revs to about 5k rpm.

This all started after i got my car tuned, rear o2 sensors shut of, installed x pipe without cats.

I first got Throttle accurator issue on bank 1, sent it to jason on rebuild and he sent me a new one wich should be working fine (i dont get TA fault codes anymore). bank 2 was replaced around 10.000 miles ago.

The fault code im getting now is 2B0D - Idle Valve Monitoring row 1

The rev's dont go up and down as alot of the cars where the Fuel Breather Valve is bad, and i also dont have the issue just after refueling.

The fault came after the replacement of my Throttle Accurator and Xpipe installation.

Any ideas? The similar faults i've read about has not been typically when the car is in "work temperature". Could it then be the idle valve itself?

Triple check all the connectors, when I did my TAs I thought I plugged everything back in but a couple plugs needed an extra push for them to "click" into place. If everything checks out it definitely sounds like you need a new Idle Control Valve. On my old GS-R way back in the days I had similar symptoms, only when the car was warm was when the issues appeared, funky idle and stalling. I was able to clean the IACV and saved myself from buying a new one (broke college student). Not sure if you can do the same for the S65.

I will go over all the connections again, and also remove my idle valve to try and clean it.
Ive heard abort o2 sensors being dumb aswell, might also put my original exhaust system back with the cats on. Will post updates

So i have gone over the vacuum line without finding anything.
Checked connector for fuel breather, icv throttle accurators and so on.
Swapped place on the o2 sensors, and measured them.
Couldnt get rid of the fault.
Replaced fuel breather valve, since its a cheap part to try, but it didnt help.
Finally i went back to the dude that fixed my stage 2 software, we removed the software, updated/downgraded whatever u wanna call it, the ECU/DME.
The problem now seems to be gone.

I have had this. It's intermittent. Codes pointed to ICV, same as yours.

They die a slow death, it'll come back more frequently, very similar to TAs.
