Best way to remove rear diffuser?

I am looking to get some tips on the best way to remove the CF rear diffuser? I have the authentic Vorsteiner type I CF diffuser and on one side the double sided tape has started to give and the diffuser is starting to pull away from the bumper. The other side, however, is still flush and tight. I am looking to get the diffuser off without causing any damage to the diffuser or the bumper, and then reapplying the double sided tape to put it back on (best way to get old double sided tape off?). Any insight is greatly appreciated!

I've used a hair dryer to heat up the tape before and remove other things. I would think it'll work w/ the spoiler as well. Just heat it up, apply constant pressure pulling down...take your time

Ive removed my type 1 diffuser with a heat gun and slowly pulling.

The safest way to remove it without damaging/scratching diffuser or bumper is to pour a bit of 3M thinner in the gaps between the bumper and diffuser.

And where can you buy this 3M thinner? It won't damage the diffuser or bumper?
