My dealer just called and said my car is arriving overnight tonight and will be ready for pick-up by 5pm tomorrow.

but I'll only believe it when I see it....

No kidding - I'm hoping I can get it home to my garage before the snow comes tomorrow night but I'm not so sure... I don't care if I can't drive it for a few days, I just want to get it out of my dealer's car jockeys' hands!

Absolutely! I moved my delivery from Fiday to today so I wouldn't lose any more sleep!

Even if it snows, you can do the paperwork take delivery and leave it inside at the dealer, minus all the keys of course. That way no one can drive it.

Thanks. Its been rough so far - I'll try a few stiff drinks to get to sleep

If that doesn't work, I'll stay up and watch the snow forecast and try to figure out the odds on whether I'll actually be able to get my baby home tomorrow or not. Prepping my E46 M3 and paperwork for sale tomorrow has been keeping me busy too - love that car... sorry to see it go....

Just as well, we wouldn't want the first pics of your lovely new M3 to be the car stuffed into the concrete on the Bay St. exit from the Gardiner Eastbound in the snow now would we?

Thanks! Its sitting a little high on the suspension in those pictures as I guess they put rubber in the springs for shipping, which they'll remove during the PDI and the car drops a bit.
