2010 M3 E90 Pics

Here's a couple quick pictures of the 2010 AW E90 I picked up yesterday.

Visually pretty much the same as a 2009 except they moved the heated seat control to the climate control area. Only thing I did so far was change out the front reflectors.

It's has Black extended leather, DCT, 19" wheels, heated seats, I-pod/USB adaptor, premium sound, smart phone integration, premium package, technology package, alarm, PDC & carbon leather trim

It's gonna be a long 1200 miles.

Looks great! No sunroof too!

BTW, I know the interior is blk, but in some photos it looks gray and even tan....

Congrats! She's a beauty.

Would you mind taking a pic of the climate control area?
Thanks,

Here's the climate control area. Notice there is what appears to be a sensor between the heated seat controls. Neither SA or the mechanics (all 100% Deutsch speichen, schnitzel eaten MoFo's) didn't know for sure what this was for, and I haven't had time to

That looks like a temperature sensor to me.

Can you confirm if your iDrive has this new Voice Control system? http://www.worldcarfans.com/10906081...control-system

Enjoy!!

Looks like the Euro plate holder is mounted over the front US plate mount. Mine came with the US plate holder uninstalled and the Euro frame in place, but drilled in accordance with the US mounting points.

Then again, the non-mounted US plate holder got scratched in the garage as it sat on the shelf within days of putting it there.

Great looking E90 BTW!

I got the euro plate holder that's attached to the US plate holder so it won't scratch the bumper. It was suggested that I bend the plate to the bumper & use 3M tape, but I'd just end up drilling it when I go back to the States anyway.

Yes, it has the new voice Control System. It's very easy to use & much improved from 2008. I'm able to use it to input addresses correct the first try & pick tracks on the CD. Haven't saved anything to HD yet, but don't see why the music selection feature shouldn't work as well.

The manual is very thick. Looks like they wrapped all English langauge 3 series in one manual. Won't fit in the glove box. May have to get the shelf for the trunk & carry it in there.

Thanks

The HDD music control thru this new Voice Control system is already implemented, the one that is a future implementation is voice control of the USB devices (iPod, USB sticks).

Thanks for the pics. The car looks great. As a matter of fact it is very similar to the 2010 E90 I have on order. Unfortunately I'm still a few weeks away from taking delivery.
