**edit** I now see the bulb is the cornering bulb, which makes me think I need to attach the wires to my first option... maybe?!?!

alright this rookie is confused any help would be greatly appreciated.

am I supposed to use the clips to attach the brown and red wires to which of the following (see picture)?

1) The green arrow shown in the picture, or the yellow and brown wires coming from the back of the headlight assembly to the H8 bulb.

2) To the blue and orange arrows, or the brown wire coming from the H8 bulb, and the yellow wire coming from the back of the headlight assembly.

3) Something different?

What is that "other bulb's" purpose? I tried plugging the headlights in but I was unable to get the bulb to turn back on.

Also, can you tell me where in this picture the White wire is supposed to attach to?

the H8 bulb powers all the angel eyes, which is where youre supposed to tap the power from.

Other bulb is the cornering light.

"...all you need to do is tap the brown wire and the red wire to the angel eye H8 bulb harness. The leftover white one hooks up to the low beam power on the Xenon ballast. Once wired, you should temporarily reinstall and power up the car to see if it works."

Thanks. There were two brown wires on the H8 bulb so I was not sure, but it seems obvious to me now since the second brown wire seems to go to a ground for the cornering bulb. Thanks for being patient with me!

As for the white wire, I don't know how to tell what the "low beam power on the Xenon ballast" is?

Thanks for the close up pics OP. Your method looks much better than others that I have seen.

From the Lightmodz guys and also called Umnitza, it's the yellow wire (also the thickest gauge) coming from the ballast. The ballast is that little silver power supply on the bottom of the headlight assembly for the low beam (also high beam) projector.

From the instructions, it look like the baking of the headlight was pretty simple/easy for you? Have you wash the crap out of your car to see if your headlights would fog up (I know it's pretty dry in vegas to see them fog up) or any water would get in?

Great DIY BTW.

Why does your ring look dim? Great write up. I did it myself and I wouldn't do it again if I had to.

I did almost exactly as wasteland did and finished the install last night. I tried pouring water over the seal while holding the headlight in a few different directions and nothing seaped in. I know that's doesn't mean it WON'T happen, but I am confident it'll be fine :-)

Sweet. Did you leave the bar on the outer ring on the Umnitza angel eye or did you cut it out and integrate it on the stock angel eye?
